Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that many of our items are handmade and as such may have little differences and imperfections between them. This is not just unavoidable but adds to the artisan aspect of each piece. 

To start a return, you can contact us at zaredzarzabrand@gmail.com. We will then evaluate your situation and get back to you quickly with instructions.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please note that every one of of items is inspected before being packed by multiple staff members to ensure it is as perfect as when it was made. We would never ship you something with a defect or that we deem to be poor in quality.  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you feel the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and will be marked as such. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
You have 5 days to request an exchange. Please email us the reason you are trying to exchange it and what item you would like to exchange it for. If approved, Item must be shipped to address that will be provided to you via email at your expense. 

A team member will reply to your request via email within 48 hours.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your accepted return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at zaredzarzabrand@gmail.com.

Because we sell small batch niche items, we have a small return policy. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

-Return Request Window
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange by emailing us at zaredzarzabrand@gmail.com. 

-Handmade Items
All handmade items are exchangeable but not returnable. To initiate an exchange, please email us. The item must be in the exact condition as when it was purchased. Once we receive and process the item, we will follow up via email.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, Customer must email photos of items and items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging

Each item is inspected before shipping to ensure quality, as many are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces. Minor differences and unique characteristics add to their charm and exclusivity. These will not be sufficient reason for a return approval. Please note that all approved returns are subject to a **35% restocking fee**

Exchange Process
For exchanges, please email us with your request. If approved, once we will em ail you with directions and once we receive the item, we will reach out via email again.

**Important Note:** Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Unapproved Returns
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or returned.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
